These Terms of Service govern your use of veladi.com and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "Veladi", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Veladi, the operator of veladi.com. "You" refers to the user of the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from Veladi. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may not use our store for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with another user's use of it.

2. Products and content accuracy

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photography is intended to represent items faithfully, but colors can vary between screens and minor variation in dimensions or finish is normal.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content on the site is entirely free of error. Where an error affects an order you have placed, Section 7 applies.

3. Availability and order acceptance

All products are subject to availability. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we send your order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, where the product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, or the order is flagged by our fraud checks. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is by PayPal, authorized when you place your order and captured when we confirm it. Our Payment Policy forms part of these terms.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

The site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to update or cancel orders affected by them, at any time and without prior notice. We are not obliged to update information on the site except as required by law.

8. Third-party tools and links

Our store uses third-party services including Shopify for hosting, PayPal for payment, and our shipping carriers and tracking provider for delivery. The site may also link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party services or sites, do not review their content, and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. User submissions

If you send us reviews, feedback, suggestions or other material, you grant us the right to use, reproduce and publish it without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for anything you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone's rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or contain viruses or malicious code. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion but have no obligation to monitor them.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, scrape or crawl; or to interfere with the security features of the site. We may terminate your use of the store for breaching any of these.

11. Intellectual property

All content on veladi.com — text, photography, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by Veladi or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veladi, its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veladi and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use our store. We may terminate your access at any time for breach, without notice, and you will remain liable for amounts owed up to the date of termination.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The revision date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
